- Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives damaged, or if the factory blister seals are broken or tampered with upon delivery.

3. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order for a 100% full refund at any time before the order has been dispatched from our facility. Once you receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, the order can no longer be canceled or intercepted.
4. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
If you experience any of the eligible issues listed above, please follow these steps within 48 hours of delivery:
- Take clear photographs of the shipping package, the packing slip, and the condition of the blister packs.

- Our quality assurance team will review your claim within 24 hours and issue an immediate replacement or full refund to your original payment method.
5. Processing Times
If a refund is approved, it will be processed immediately on our end. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the funds to appear on your credit card or bank statement, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
