1. Order Processing Times
Our logistics team works around the clock to ensure your order is processed as rapidly as possible.
- Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed and verified before 2:00 PM EST (Monday – Friday) are processed and shipped on the exact same day.
- Late or Weekend Orders: Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends and public holidays, will be dispatched on the following business day.
- Note: Order processing begins only after your prescription and payment have been successfully verified.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Speeds
We offer multiple shipping tiers during checkout so you can choose the speed that best fits your needs:
- Overnight Express Delivery: 1 Business Day (Delivered by 8:00 PM the next day). Highly recommended for urgent refills.
- Priority Shipping: 2-3 Business Days.
- Standard Shipping: 4-6 Business Days.
Delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partners (FedEx, UPS, USPS) and may be subject to minor delays during extreme weather or peak holiday seasons.
3. 100% Discreet Packaging
We understand that your medical needs are your private business. We guarantee absolute discretion with every single order that leaves our pharmacy.
All medications are securely packed inside plain, unbranded boxes or padded envelopes. There are NO pharmacy logos, NO medical terms, and NO mention of “Klonopin” or “Clonazepam” on the exterior shipping label.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your package is handed over to the courier, you will receive an automated email containing your Tracking Number and a direct link to monitor your shipment in real-time.
Please allow up to 12-24 hours for the courier’s tracking system to update with the initial scan.
5. Lost or Delayed Packages
While rare, shipping anomalies can happen. We protect your purchase with a comprehensive delivery guarantee. If your tracking link shows no movement for 7 consecutive business days, or if the courier declares the package lost, we will immediately issue a free express reshipment or a full refund.

6. Signature Requirements
Because we ship controlled prescription medications, certain high-value or express orders may require an adult signature upon delivery to ensure it reaches the correct recipient safely. If you are not home, the courier will typically leave a notice for redelivery or pickup at a local facility.
