  • Verification Delays: If additional information is needed to clear your order, our support team will contact you immediately to prevent shipping delays.

Your privacy is 100% guaranteed. All medications are shipped in secure, factory-sealed blister packs inside plain, unbranded boxes or standard carrier envelopes. There are no logos, pharmacy names, or indications of the package contents on the exterior label.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Speeds

We partner with major, reliable couriers (such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS) to offer the following delivery options at checkout:

4. Order Tracking

5. Signature Requirements

For your security and to ensure the package reaches the intended recipient, high-value or specific priority orders may require a direct signature upon delivery. If you are not home to sign for the package, the carrier will typically leave a notice with instructions on how to reschedule delivery or pick up your package at a local facility.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

We take full responsibility for your package until it is marked as “Delivered” by the courier.

  • Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged or the factory seals are broken, please take photos immediately and contact our support team within 48 hours for a replacement.
  • Lost in Transit: If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us. We will initiate a trace with the carrier and, if deemed lost, immediately dispatch a replacement at no additional cost to you.
